Key Responsibilities

Lead global tax strategy, focusing on tax optimization to lower the effective tax rate and improve cash flow

Manage third party advisors preparing global income tax compliance including US and international filings

Lead quarterly and annual global tax provision leveraging third party advisors, ASC 740 tax disclosures and effective tax rate forecasting

Establish, document and manage transfer pricing policies for global services, intellectual property and shared resources

Support senior leadership, advising on tax implications of international expansion, M&A, legal entitystructuring, and cross-border transactions

Support tax due diligence and integration strategy for M&A transactions

Assess process, technology requirements to ensure appropriate internal control procedures and drive SOX readiness

Manage global government tax audits

Partner cross-functionallywith Finance, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, and Operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master'spreferred).

CPArequired; MST or JD preferred.

12+ years of progressive tax experience includingmultinationalenvironment.

Experience in life sciences, manufacturing, or CDMO environment preferred.

Experience inprivateequity-backed or pre-IPO environment is a plus.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and U.S. international tax rules (GILTI, FDII, Subpart F).

Experience with transfer pricing frameworks and global indirect tax exposure.

Familiarity with ERP systems (JDE preferred) and tax provision tools.
