We are seeking a dynamic individual who will be instrumental in shaping this innovative brand's digital presence. As a key player in their marketing team, you will drive high-impact creator campaigns, particularly on emerging platforms, directly influencing brand engagement and sales. Your work will not only connect the brand with millions but also pioneer new strategies in social commerce, making a tangible difference in how the brand interacts with its community and achieves its ambitious goals.

What You'll Do

  • Execute and manage influencer and creator campaigns from end to end, including briefing, sourcing, onboarding, activation, and reporting.
  • Identify, vet, and invite creators based on brand alignment, engagement quality, and performance metrics.
  • Manage high-volume creator outreach and communication (100+ creators per campaign).
  • Oversee campaign logistics including timelines, deliverables, product seeding/sampling, and approvals.
  • Track and organize large volumes of creator content, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with PR, social, paid media, and brand teams to align on campaign strategy and amplification opportunities.
  • Support live commerce initiatives, including creator-led livestreams and social shopping activations.
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate insights on creator effectiveness, content performance, and return on investment.
  • Stay current on platform trends, cultural moments, and emerging creator opportunities to inform campaign strategy.
  • Manage campaign budgets, including product allocation and creator-related expenses.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience managing influencer/creator campaigns at scale (50+ creators per campaign preferred).
  • Strong familiarity with short-form video platforms; social commerce or affiliate experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to source, vet, and manage creator relationships independently.
  • Experience tracking campaign performance and using metrics to optimize results.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with external partners and creators.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across marketing, PR, and digital teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms or creator marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with live commerce or livestream campaign execution.
  • Exposure to retail, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
  • Understanding of SEO or content discoverability principles within social platforms.
