Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is looking for an Operations Specialist to provide research support administration services for our government customer in San Antonio, Texas.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative services for the Operations Management Department at NAMRUSA, NAMRU-SA military and civilian staff members.
  • Arrange for badge access and parking for visitors.
  • Arrange for badge access, fingerprints (as needed) for new personnel, and collect badges from outgoing personnel.
  • Serve as a liaison to support facility management in tracking trouble tickets submitted for facility needs.
  • Attend TSRL Facilities Meeting.
  • Monitor the assignment and completion of training requirements for all personnel and contractors quarterly under the Relias system.
  • Upload/Update Relias Program for command training for the following fiscal year.
  • Provide training status one week towards the end of each quarter to the Training Officer.
  • Serve as a liaison for new check-in and check-out personnel, ensuring they are entered or removed from the Command in Relias.
  • Request newly (contractors) create Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS) access to have their FLTMPS profile created.
  • Annual review of directives for the following: Security (5), Training (1) and Command Indoctrination (1).
  • Author the annual command training notice.
  • Submit school requests on eNTRS via CETARS.
  • Submit ESC Slides for briefing
  • Set up Command Indoctrination and create the agenda. Notify guest speakers regarding their topics.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

Minimum of bachelor's degree

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of two-three (2-3) years of relevant experience.

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
  • Must be able to pass a national background check for an IT specialist at Tier II
