Key Responsibilities

• Support, troubleshoot, and maintain high-speed automated assembly and transfer systems.
• Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical equipment, including PLCs, sensors, actuators, and pneumatic systems.
• Minimize downtime and ensure maximum equipment performance in a production environment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and continuous improvement activities to increase reliability and efficiency.
• Support integrated automation equipment and manufacturing processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting automated assembly, transfer, or material handling systems.
• Strong hands-on electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Background in high-speed production environments with a focus on equipment uptime.
• Experience with inline, cam-driven, or mechanically timed automation systems required.
• Exposure to Mikron Group platforms, including G05 chassis or similar high-speed assembly equipment, is highly preferred.
• Injection molding and integrated molding/automation cell experience is a plus.
• Additional experience with warehouse automation, ASRS, AMRs, and PLC troubleshooting is highly desirable.
