Now Hiring: Automation Technician Location: Libertyville, IL Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour Employment Type: Direct Hire Keep Advanced Automation Running at Peak Performance What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed automated assembly and transfer systems Support PLCs, sensors, actuators, pneumatics, and electro-mechanical equipment Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and reduce downtime Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance equipment performance Support automated manufacturing processes and integrated production equipment What We're Looking For Experience with automated assembly, transfer, or material handling systems Strong hands-on electrical, mechanical, and PLC troubleshooting skills Proven success supporting equipment in high-volume, high-speed production environments Experience with inline, cam-driven, or mechanically timed automation systems Exposure to Mikron G05 platforms or similar high-speed assembly equipment is highly preferred Injection molding, integrated molding/automation cells, ASRS, AMRs, and warehouse automation experience are a plus Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Health Savings Account (HSA) Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance Benefits vary by client and will be confirmed at the time of offer.
