International Programs Job Description
The International Programs front office associate serves as the primary point of contact for students, scholars, faculty, staff, visitors, and community members engaging with the International Center. This position provides exceptional customer service, manages front office operations, supports passport services, coordinates facility and meeting space readiness, and assists with administrative and event-related functions that support the mission of the University of Missouri International Center. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The incumbent represents International Programs and serves as a key resource for customers seeking information regarding study abroad, international student and scholar services, passport services, and other departmental programs. Key job responsibilities include: * Serve as the primary front office representative for the International Center, providing exceptional customer service and serving as the first point of contact for students, scholars, faculty, staff, visitors, and community members. Tuesday & Thursday 8:00 - 5:00 Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Anticipated Hiring Range
