• Starting pay: $35.82 per hour
• Quarterly plant-performance bonus

As an Industrial Electrician, you'll work alongside experienced maintenance professionals while developing your expertise in industrial electrical systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial electrical equipment
• Install and wire motors, switch panels and power circuits
• Perform electrical preventative maintenance
• Learn and apply PLC programming and troubleshooting
• Gain experience with Allen-Bradley controls and systems
• Work with experienced electricians and maintenance professionals to develop your technical skills
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper lockout/tagout practices
• Help keep production equipment operating safely and reliably

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of electrical experience OR a related technical degree
• Interest in industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
• Willingness to learn PLC programming and Allen-Bradley systems
• Strong commitment to safety
• Desire to develop your skills and build a long-term manufacturing career
