Peer Recovery Coach
Position Summary The Peer Recovery Coach (PRC) provides supportive services to patients with substance use disorders by using lived recovery experience to encourage engagement, recovery planning, relapse prevention, and connection to treatment and community resources. The PRC works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to provide brief interventions, coordinate referrals, and support patients throughout hospitalization and after discharge. Key Responsibilities
Salary Range: Minimum 22.33/hour - Maximum 36.86/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
