About the role

As aNetwork Architectwithin Insight's Client Solutionsteamyourrolewillbea senior technical leaderthat guidesourclient'sarchitectureanddesignas theyimplement and optimize Cisconetworkingsolutions.The ideal candidatehas deepexpertiseinCiscoCatalyst Center and Software Defined Access(SDA)technologies,as well as otherassociatedCiscocampusnetworkingtechnologies. AClient SolutionsArchitect also has strong business acumen, communication skills, and consulting abilities.Key responsibilities include:

  • Client advisory and support
    • Act asa strategic advisor,providingexpert guidance on infrastructure solutions that align with client businessobjectives.
    • Engage with clientsto understand their goals, challenges, and technical requirements.
    • Support Insight Sales Teams when they engage with customersto understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements.
    • Delivertechnical guidance and best practicesonsolutions, products, and services.
    • Position solutions thatlead tofollow on workshops, proof of concepts, pilots, strategy, roadmap development, and deployment services.
    • Participate in the creation, review, and revision ofstatemen ofwork andsupporting scoping documents.
  • Delivery oftechnical solutions
    • Develop and present high-levelCiscosolution architectures and roadmaps that align withclientobjectives.
    • Leadclientfacing workshops.
    • Deliverinfrastructureassessments.
    • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams ofservices andsalesteamstoaid thedelivery ofcomplex and customized solutions.
    • Propose designand optimizations forCisco solutions in clientenvironments, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability.
    • Provide oversight to follow on professional servicesengagement.
  • Provide feedbackto Insight'sengineeringand salesteams onclientneeds, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies, trends, and innovations, andmaintainrelevant certifications and accreditations.
  • Assistsalesteaminidentifyingand closing opportunities throughclientmeetings and presentations.

What were looking for:

  • Livein theDallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplexor be willing torelocate.
  • At least8years of experience inarchitecting,designing, implementing, andoptimizingCiscoNetworkingsolutions.
  • At least3years ofrecentexperiencewith Cisco Catalyst Center/ DNA Center and Software Defined Access (SDA)
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco products, services, and solutions, and their integration with other technologies and platforms.
  • Strong communication, presentation,peopleskills, and the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability tohandlecomplex and ambiguous situations.
  • Strong project management, teamwork, and collaboration skills, and the ability to lead and mentor others.
  • Relevant Ciscosecuritycertifications, such asCCNP,CCIE, CCDEare desirable.
  • Ability to executeclient facingengagementswith little or no oversight.
  • Ability to research and make recommendations for strategic business development plans that have a significant impact on Insight business.
  • Strong desireto driveclientsuccess.
  • Willingness to worktwodays a week on site at the client's office.
  • Willingness to travel up to10%.
