Department: Medical Education Position Summary The Director of Assessment and Evaluation oversees the planning, implementation, analysis, and continuous improvement of assessment and evaluation processes within the MD program. This role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and effectiveness of course, clerkship, faculty, and program-level evaluations, supporting data-driven decision-making and compliance with accreditation standards. The Director of Assessment and Evaluation works collaboratively with faculty, course/clerkship directors, curriculum leaders, institutional research teams, and administrative staff to maintain high-quality assessment and evaluation systems that promote educational excellence and continuous quality improvement.
