Position Description: The Technical Solutions Manager supports the full customer
lifecycle, from technical engagement during the sales process through project
delivery, onboarding, adoption, and renewal support. This role bridges engineering expertise and customer
partnership. Working closely with the Business Development team, you will
ensure technically sound implementation of EDGITAL's pavement management
solutions while supporting long-term account success.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Engagement & Solution Support
* Support and deliver technical product demonstrations
* Lead technical discovery and assist with solution scoping
* Partner with Business Development team on proposals and technical
documentation
Project Delivery & Customer Success
* Manage customer projects from kickoff through completion
* Support onboarding, training, and platform adoption
* Serve as technical point of contact for assigned accounts
Account Support & Growth
* Support renewals in partnership with Business Development
* Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
* Provide ongoing technical guidance as customer needs evolve
Industry & Product Feedback
* Share customer insights with internal teams
* Represent EDGITAL at conferences and industry events


Qualifications:
* Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Project Management background with 2+
years of experience
* Pavement management or infrastructure asset management experience
* Strong understanding of PCI and pavement assessment methodologies
* Comfortable presenting technical solutions to agencies and engineering firms
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Background in pre-sales, customer success,
or project delivery preferred
* Experience working with municipalities,
counties, or engineering firms preferred
* Experience with pavement management software
or data-driven platforms preferred
