The Customer Journey Analytics Product Manager is responsible for leading theimplementation,strategy, roadmap, adoption, and ongoing optimization of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)B2B Editioncapabilities forRSM's Marketing& Communicationsorganization. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, digital marketing, analytics, engineering, and implementation partners to ensure Customer Journey Analytics delivers measurable business value across marketing optimization, digital experience, buyer journey analysis, and reporting.

The ideal candidate is a proactive analytics leader who can translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions, guide prioritization, and drive continuous improvement of the organization's analytics ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Adobe Customer Journey AnalyticsB2B Editionand related analytics capabilities. This includes prioritizing enhancements that support reporting, marketing optimization, buyer journey visibility, and digital experience measurement.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, digital teams, and technical teams to define requirements for CJA dashboards, workspaces, metrics, dimensions, derived fields, and data views.
  • Translate complex business questions into actionable analytics solutions, including cross-channel reporting that connects paid, organic, email, direct, and web engagement data.
  • Drive the ongoing evolution of CJA capabilities by identifying new reporting needs, improving data usability, and ensuring analytics outputs are understandable and accessible for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with implementation partners, engineering teams, and data/architecture resources to support CJA enablement, connection health monitoring, instrumentation priorities, data model alignment, and platform adoption.
  • Develop and socialize business cases and executive-level storytelling around CJA investments, including how CJA supports marketing optimization, website and digital experience improvements, buyer journey analysis, attribution, and long-term business value.
  • Monitor analytics quality and operational health by supporting governance, QA, validation, and continuous refinement of CJA configurations and reporting outputs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business and delivery teams, balancing stakeholder requests, technical feasibility, implementation timelines, and product priorities.
  • Bring a proactive, analytics-first mindset to identify opportunities, recommend improvements, and help shape the broader digital measurement strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
  • Experience in product management, digital analytics, marketing technology, or a closely related area.
  • Experience working with analytics platforms, digital measurement, dashboards, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Strong ability to translate business objectives into product requirements, user stories, analytics outputs, and roadmap priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to explain analytics value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, data, and external partners in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, or related Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
  • Strong familiarity with digital marketing analytics, attribution, buyer journey analysis, and website/digital experience optimization.
  • Experience with data quality management, governance, or validation in analytics implementations.
  • Experience in Agile delivery environments with backlog ownership, sprint planning, and roadmap management.

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $95,400 - $163,900

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
