Position Summary City of Hope is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented Director of Nursing (DON), overseeing several outpatient infusion units. The DON is responsible for all aspects pertaining to operational activities and program management within a designated grouping of clinics or units on a 7-day/week, 24-hour basis in collaboration with the Nursing Executive Director. This leader will oversee a large multidisciplinary team and drive excellence in patient-centered care delivery, operational efficiency, quality outcomes, employee engagement, and patient satisfaction. The DON will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that improve patient access, reduce wait times, optimize resource utilization, enhance care coordination, and support a seamless patient experience. This role requires a highly collaborative leader with strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives within complex healthcare environments.
