Job Title: Contractor - Real Estate Lending

Location(s): GPO (Pensacola, FL)

We are seeking a candidate with a background in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and executing communication plans across multiple channels and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align messaging and priorities.

• Translate complex information into clear, employee-friendly messaging.
• Create and execute communication plans across multiple channels (intranet, email, digital platforms, etc.).
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align messaging and priorities.
• Review content for clarity, consistency, and compliance with guidelines.
• Utilize or learn internal communication platforms and tools (e.g., SharePoint, AEM, Staff base, Asana).
• Measure communication effectiveness and apply insights to improve outcomes.
• Balance structure and creativity while working with increasing independence.

• 2 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong writing skills for translating complex information into clear messaging.
• Experience in employee engagement and change communications.
• Detail-oriented with a data-informed mindset.
