This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Memphis, TN. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight Location several times per week. POSITION OVERVIEW: Under minimum supervision, this position leads the creation of intuitive and engaging print, digital and/or video content for internal and external audiences based on a deep understanding of user needs, business objectives, and brand standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Possess a strategic mindset and a demonstrated passion for storytelling through design and content creation. Collaborate with other designers, customers, product managers, to identify solutions that improve the user experience. Creates content using a variety of multimedia (e.g., audio, video, digital) and techniques (e.g, graphic manipulation). Maintains knowledge of current best practices and emerging technologies, bringing new ideas and innovations to learning solutions. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures and brand standards. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in visual, interaction or graphic design or related field. Five (5) years of experience in design and creative services, preferably supporting enterprise-level brands A strong portfolio that demonstrates ability to create compelling, multi-channel designs. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with collaborative design tools like Figma. Strong communication, interpersonal and motivational skills Strong time management and organizational skills Mastery of Microsoft Office software WORKING CONDITIONS: Travel required Preferred Skills & Knowledge Experience with project management software, specifically Asana, or related systems.
