Job Description The position is a full-time (5 days a week) onsite position located in Cambridge Crossing (450 Water Street). The AV tech should provide end-to-end technical support for managed events and be responsible for the overall success of each event. The AV tech should have a strong working knowledge of web-based audience participation platforms, and Pigeonhole. Perform daily system verification checks on the Auditorium, Innovation Labs, Zoom Rooms and Digital Signage. Technical Experience * Proficient in Zoom Webinars, Meetings, Breakouts, and Zoom Rooms * Strong understanding of audio and video systems typical in a corporate office building * Ability to troubleshoot and isolate technical issues in complex AV room designs. * Proficient in video switching (traditional hardware and software switching) * Proficient with digital audio consoles (Yamaha QL-1), mixing and managing music, microphones, video playback audio and Zoom participants for live events. * Ability to seamlessly transition between static imagery, videos, and slideshows. * Proficient in audio and video recording formats and digital media standards and equipment. * 5+ years AV / video & audio experience required * 5+ years Zoom experience preferred Additional Skills & Qualifications * Proficient in Zoom Webinars, Meetings, Breakouts, and Zoom Rooms * Strong understanding of audio and video systems typical in a corporate office building * Ability to troubleshoot and isolate technical issues in complex AV room designs. * Proficient in video switching (traditional hardware and software switching) * Proficient with digital audio consoles (Yamaha QL-1), mixing and managing music, microphones, video playback audio and Zoom participants for live events. * Ability to seamlessly transition between static imagery, videos, and slideshows. * Proficient in audio and video recording formats and digital media standards and equipment. * 5+ years AV / video & audio experience required * 5+ years Zoom experience preferred Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cambridge, MA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
