Fuller's Engineering Adhesives segment develops adhesive solutions for the automotive and aerospace, wood and composite, electronics and energy, glass, durable assembly, and bus, truck, rail and recreational vehicle industries. As these dynamic markets continue to change, and consumers demand lighter, safer, greener and more reliable products, we partner with our customers to deliver highly engineered solutions The Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager reports to the Grand Rapids Plant Manager and has primary responsibility for management of the Grand Rapids, MI facility's EHS program and processes. This individual will be primarily responsible for ensuring that effective compliant programs are in place for the facility, meeting company policy and goals, and implementing the corporate EHS program. They will also be heavily involved in program implementation and maintenance. It is expected that this individual will spend a significant portion of time walking the manufacturing areas of the facility and interacting with plant and supervisory personnel. Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in safety/environmental or related field * 5 years working in an EHS focused role in a chemical processing environment * 2 years managing OSHA, EPA, NFPA & PSM (if applicable to the location) and other applicable regulations * 2 years managing projects with effective project management skills * 2 years facilitatingIn-house training on a variety of EHS topics in accordance with EHS management objectives * 2 years facilitating Accident and Incident Investigation and Analysis as per EHS management directives and operational requirements #MB-LI1 Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $86,000 - $107,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
