General Job Description Immediate Hiring Opportunity - Apply Today! We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team in Centennial, Colorado. Experience with electrical materials and warehouse operations is highly preferred. Compensation: $60,000-$73,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated warehouse leadership capabilities. Position Summary The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving incoming materials, processing orders, inventory control, shipping and receiving, staff supervision, and maintaining a safe and organized facility. This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials are accurately received, stored, and delivered to support company operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations in accordance with company policies and procedures. Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, shipping, and inventory activities. Ensure accurate processing of incoming and outgoing materials. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Design and maintain efficient warehouse layouts and storage systems. Monitor inventory levels and perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations. Recommend inventory replenishment and stock ordering as needed. Supervise, train, coach, and develop warehouse personnel. Ensure safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment. Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with purchasing, operations, project management, and other departments to support business needs. Resolve inventory, receiving, shipping, and operational discrepancies. Ensure compliance with all OSHA, company, and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems and databases. Support operational planning and reporting requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned. Min USD $60,000.00/Yr. Max USD $73,000.00/Yr. Minimum Education None Minimum Years of Experience 2-4 Specific Qualifications Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED. Previous warehouse supervisory or leadership experience. Knowledge of electrical materials, equipment, tools, and warehouse operations. Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes. Understanding of warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Demonstrated experience implementing process improvements. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to meet and maintain the Company's driving standards. Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background screening. Preferred Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification. Experience working in electrical construction, electrical distribution, or related industrial environments. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the workday. Regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Occasionally push, pull, or move materials weighing up to 75 pounds. Ability to work at heights, on ladders, and in confined spaces when required. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and material handling machinery. Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving lifting, carrying, and material movement. Ability to visually inspect materials, equipment, and inventory accurately. Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as business needs require. Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse environment. Exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions. Regular exposure to warehouse equipment, machinery, and material handling operations. Exposure to dust, noise, and other warehouse-related conditions. Frequent interaction with warehouse staff, vendors, delivery drivers, and internal departments.
