Global Digital Content Lead/Coordinator
This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Los Angeles, CA. Summary
This role supports the development and execution of global digital content strategies that elevate brand storytelling and enhance the eCommerce experience. Working across cross-functional teams, this position helps create cohesive, high-impact digital experiences that drive engagement and business growth. Our Ideal Candidate
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand, or creative environments
Passion for digital storytelling and brand experience with a strong foundation in content strategy and production
Proficient in digital content platforms and tools, with strong collaboration and project coordination skills
Familiar with eCommerce platforms, UX principles, and campaign-based marketing
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including Brand, Creative, UX, and Product
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and interest in digital innovation
Job Description
In this role, you will support the execution of digital content strategies across key channels including eCommerce, mobile apps, and in-store digital platforms. You'll partner with Brand, Creative, UX, and Product teams to deliver cohesive and engaging digital experiences aligned with global campaigns and seasonal initiatives. This includes:
Coordinating content production across multiple channels
Supporting development of digital storytelling and campaign execution
Ensuring consistency and scalability of content across platforms
You will also:
Support stakeholder alignment and cross-functional communication
Assist in managing agency and vendor relationships
Help scale content across internal teams and functions
Measure and report on performance to inform future strategies and optimize impact
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Background in digital marketing, content production, brand strategy, or UX-related disciplines
Experience working with global campaigns or within retail, eCommerce, or agency environments preferred
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $35 - $38per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
