Sayres is seeking an experienced RATT Lead - Mine Countermeasures (MCM) Team in San Diego, CA with a SECRET clearance, verifiable in DISS. Position Summary The MCM RATT Lead supports readiness assessments for Mine Countermeasures ships and associated engineering systems, maintenance programs, and operational readiness requirements. Responsibilities Conduct engineering and maintenance readiness assessments. Evaluate material condition and maintenance execution. Review engineering documentation and readiness metrics. Develop recommendations to improve ship readiness. Support fleet maintenance and training initiatives. Qualifications Minimum 15 years of supervisory Navy engineering experience. Extensive engineering operational experience on MCM platforms preferred. Strong understanding of Navy maintenance and readiness processes. Maintenance/training staff experience preferred. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 25+ years highly desirable. . Occasional travel may be required. Support is primarily based in San Diego, CA, with occasional travel to Navy fleet concentration areas including Everett, WA; Pearl Harbor, HI; Sasebo, Japan; Yokosuka, Japan; and Singapore, as well as other customer locations as required. Salary Range: $90,000-$140,000, commensurate with experience. Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and market considerations.
