Job Description: Ryan Companies has an exciting opportunity for a Designer II to join our A+E team in Minneapolis. We use a unique integrated delivery process that involves architecture, engineering, construction, development, real estate management and capital markets. Our integrated process requires an individual to be able to work in a proactive and positive manner in tandem with local teams and cross regionally within a national design practice. In this position, you will primarily be responsible for creating extraordinary design solutions and inspiring design excellence. The ideal candidate will be able to problem solve and design both as part of a collaborative team and independently. Candidates with at least 4 years of experience are most likely to be successful, however those with unique career experience or who display clear potential for the role will be considered. Compensation: The salary range is $75,000 - 80,000.00 annually. The base salary may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities.
