E-Commerce & Digital Growth Manager (B2C/DTC Transformation)


We're hiring an E-Commerce & Digital Growth Manager to lead and execute key components of our transformation to a scalable B2C/DTC, self-service growth model.



Not optimization-build new capabilities and lead transformation. This role owns the full digital funnel (acquisition conversion retention renewal) and is accountable for driving digital revenue, improving LTV, and reducing reliance on manual sales.



You'll design and scale a frictionless e-commerce experience, partnering cross-functionally to deliver a high-performing, digital-first growth engine.


What You'll Work On



  • Lead shift to self-service, e-commerce-led revenue
  • Own the end-to-end digital funnel
  • Drive conversion, CAC efficiency, and retention
  • Build checkout, onboarding, and lifecycle journeys
  • Run A/B testing and growth experiments
  • Partner across Marketing, Product, and Engineering



What You Bring



  • Experience scaling B2C/DTC or self-service SaaS models
  • Track record in digital growth and transformation
  • Data-driven, execution-focused, builder mindset

Salary Range: $100,000 - $118,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications
