What will you be doing?

  • Assist with website maintenance and updates, ensuring event information, promotions, and group details are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Support content creation efforts, including writing and editing copy for webpages, emails, internal communications, and event-related marketing materials.
  • Assist with graphic and visual content, including basic design support for digital assets, event signage, menu layouts, and branded collateral.
  • Organize, manage, and maintain digital marketing assets such as photos, graphics, and templates.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to support campaigns, promotions, and content initiatives that align with Sales and Events objectives.
  • Assist with amenities coordination, including tracking requests, supporting preparation, and ensuring proper branding and timely delivery for events and group arrivals.
  • Support wedding marketing needs, including assisting with wedding menu graphic design, layout updates, and branded presentation materials under direction of leadership.
  • Provide on-the-fly event and marketing support as assigned, including assisting Marketing, Sales, or Events leadership with time-sensitive needs during live events.
  • Support guest-facing brand moments by assisting with printed materials, welcome items, and visual touchpoints that enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files related to marketing materials, graphics, amenities, and event assets.

What do you bring to the role?

* At least two years previous Marketing and/or hospitality experience at a property of similar size and/or quality.

* Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school. College degree preferred.

* Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

* Strong multiple project management skills.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.

* Ability to analyze client needs.
