Xbox Design is looking for an Executive Business Administrator to support a CVP of Design, helping them stay focused on what matters most, keep cross-functional teams aligned, and move design priorities forward with confidence. You'll be a trusted partner to the CVP of Design-anticipating needs, navigating shifting priorities with thoughtful judgment, and helping create a operating rhythm across a dynamic and creative organization. From supporting design leadership engagements to coordinating across product, engineering, and partner teams, you'll play a key role in keeping the organization running smoothly and effectively. Responsibilities Responsibilities Calendar Management: Drives strategic calendar and time planning for the CVP -aligning priorities, key commitments, and business rhythms so leaders can stay focused and move fast. Resource Management: Owns discretionary budgets (morale, travel, training) and partners closely with Finance to keep spending smooth and compliant-supporting expense management, POs/SOWs, tracking, and vendor readiness (including interim approvals as needed). Rhythm of Business (ROB): Helps shape and run an effective ROB-partnering with leaders and the Xbox Business Support Team to build, maintain, and evolve the operating cadence; drives weekly leadership meetings and monthly team huddles from prep to follow-through. Project Ownership: Owns projects end-to-end across competing timelines-bringing structure, momentum,while continuously improving how the team works. Discipline Growth & Development: Plays an active role in the Business Support community-sharing best practices, building team culture, and staying curious through continuous learning that scales across the organization. Leadership: Leads with effective executive presence and steady judgment-building trust quickly, influencing across teams, and staying calm and effective in fast-changing moments. Team Management Support (Headcount & Onboarding/Offboarding): Owns onboarding/offboarding support (equipment, distribution lists, security groups) and serves as a go-to partner for employees, vendors, and interns; teams with EAs and Chiefs of Staff on headcount reporting, transfers/departures, and tool transactions-partnering with Finance to keep data accurate and current. Event Coordination & Logistics: Owns end-to-end morale events and logistics-coordinating partners, driving key actions to completion, and wrapping with budget tracking plus attendance/results reporting. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Builds cross-functional partnerships that help the team execute-synthesizing inputs for leaders, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and modeling Microsoft values of Respect, Integrity, and Accountability. Travel & Operational Support: Supports travel planning and logistics as needed-helping leaders stay prepared, organized, and ready for what's next as priorities and schedules shift. Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $31.49 - $51.97 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $42.93 - $59.33 per hour. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
