If so, our San Diego Ops Team is searching for a high performing Field Technician to cover the Mission Bay, downtown, and La Jolla area within the market. This role will cover approximately 90-100 sites, including macro sites, small cells, retail stores, etc. You should possess a balance of wireless industry exposure, coupled with the ability to work independently, and cover a wide area of sites in our market. You will encompass aspects of technical support, project management, and operational support while being a responsible teammate. We are a team that encourages innovation and advocates an agile and open approach, truly working and playing in the Un-carrier way. Job Responsibilities:
Education and Work Experience: * Bachelor's degree OR equivalent relevant experience required. Candidates with strong technical or field experience are encouraged to apply. o Acceptable areas of study include Vocational/Technical Training or related field (Preferred) * 2-4 years wireless experience in field operations and maintenance preferred * 2-4 years experience wireless telecommunications or related experience preferred * Strong technical proficiency with Ericsson field equipment preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Travel: The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
