Overview:

This role supports theEnrollment Strategy teamby owning enrollment andparticipationreporting and transforming complex data intoclear, actionable insights that drive growth. The consultant plays a critical role in strengtheningdatadrivendecision making by developing scalable reporting solutions, analyzing enrollment performance, and informingstrategyacrossSales, Account Executives, Marketing, and key enterprise partners.

Success in this role requires strong analytical capability, clear and compelling communication, and the ability to connect insights toreal businessoutcomes. This position directly supportsparticipation growthobjectivesand overall premium performance, offering high visibility and broad organizational impact.

Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:

  • Partner with internal teams to define and delivera clear visionfor enrollment and participation reporting that providestimely,accurate, anddecisionreadyinsightsfor stakeholders. Build,validate, and continuously enhance enrollment reports to ensure ongoing relevance and reliability.

  • Proactively analyze enrollment trends and participation drivers,identifyingopportunities to improve performance andoptimizeexisting enrollment solutions.

  • Translate complex data intoclear, compelling stories and recommendationsthat support decision making for Sales, Account Executives, Marketing, Case Underwriting, and leadership.

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Sales, Account Executives, Marketing, Reporting & Analytics, Enrollment Platforms, and other stakeholders to align insights with strategic actions.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current enrollment programs and solutions, recommendingdatabackedenhancementsto improve outcomes and efficiency.

  • Develop and deliver insights and recommendations that influenceenrollment strategy, client prioritization, and activation decisions.

  • Lead the development and evolution ofscalable, automated reporting solutionsthat improve transparency, reduce manual effort, and elevate data quality.

  • Manage multiple data sources and deliverables whilemaintaininga strong attention to detail and a high standard of data integrity.

  • Operatewith a high degree of autonomy, balancingstrategic analysis with handson executionin afast-pacedenvironment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, analytics, or a related role, including responsibility for building andmaintainingrecurring reports.

  • Strong analytical and criticalthinking skills, with the ability toidentifymeaningful trends, key drivers, and insights within complex data sets.

  • Proven ability to communicate insights effectively through written summaries, presentations, and data visualizations.

  • Experience partnering crossfunctionally with diverse stakeholders to influence decisions andalign onactions.

  • Demonstratedability to assess program performance and recommenddatadriven improvements.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment when prioritizing analytical work and balancing strategic initiatives withtime sensitivebusiness needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in enrollment, benefits, insurance, or financial services environments.

  • Experience designing or supportingautomated, scalable reporting solutionsacross multiple data sources.

  • Advancedproficiencywith reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce reporting or enterprise analytics platforms).

  • Experience translating analytical insights intostrategic recommendationsthat influence clientlevel or portfoliolevel decisions.

  • Comfortfacilitatingdiscussions and influencing outcomeswithout direct authority.

  • Background in process improvement or operational optimization, particularly within reporting or analytics workflows.

  • Bachelor's degree.

The estimated base pay range for this job is:

$89,000.00 - $164,300.00

Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information on base pay and incentive pay (if applicable) can be discussed with a member of the Securian Financial Talent Acquisition team.
