Editorial Producer

The Editorial Production & Operations team is seeking an Editorial Producer to support the execution of music campaigns and programs. This position provides day-to-day operational and production support across global music priorities while helping drive efficient workflows and successful content delivery.

This is a 6-month hybrid contract opportunity based in Culver City, CA.

• Manage the setup, creation, and delivery of production platform assets and deliverables
  
• Create and maintain naming conventions, metadata standards, folder structures, and organizational workflows
  
• Track and manage deliverables to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution
  
• Partner cross-functionally with Editorial, Production, Business, and Marketing teams
  
• Communicate project timelines, risks, status updates, and key decisions clearly and proactively
  
• Prepare executive summaries and reporting for leadership teams
  
• Support editorial and production teams with day-to-day operational needs
  
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve production processes and workflows
  
• Thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
  
• Participate in occasional after-hours and scheduled weekend support as needed
  

• 5+ years of experience in production and/or project management within digital media, entertainment, or music industries
  
• Strong understanding of digital assets, metadata management, and production deliverables
  
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  
• Experience preparing reports and updates for leadership teams
  
• High proficiency with presentation and productivity applications, particularly Keynote
  
• Passion for music, entertainment, and pop culture
  
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
  

• Location: Hybrid - Culver City, CA
  
• Contract Length: 6 months
  
• Pay Rate: $61.94/hour
