Responsibilities Peraton is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team supporting the new product development of our advanced unmanned robotic systems. This role provides leadership to the engineering organization while driving innovation, product development, and cost optimization initiatives that support mission-critical solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate will oversee engineering staff, guide technical strategies, and ensure the successful execution of new product development and enhancements to existing robotic systems. This leader will also drive value engineering and value analysis initiatives to improve product performance, manufacturability, and lifecycle cost while supporting operational efficiency. What You'll Do:
Lead new product innovation and development efforts for robotic systems, including concept development, design, prototyping, testing, and transition to manufacturing.

Target Salary Range $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
