Brint Ryan College of Business is the choice of nearly 9,000 students, making it one of the largest business schools in the nation. Position Overview The Senior Administrative Coordinator provides advanced administrative, operational, and analytical support to the Senior Associate Dean, Associate Dean for Assessment and Academic Reporting, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, and the Senior Director, Division Budget and Operations for the G. Brint Ryan College of Business. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and five years of highly responsible and varied office administration or business management experience; or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across departments Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in higher education, preferably within an academic or administrative unit Required License/Registration/Certifications Job Duties
