Overview NaphCare is hiring a Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Coordinator Director (RN) to join our team of medical professionals in Las Vegas, where we manage all aspects of healthcare for the individuals who are currently incarcerated in the Clark County Detention Ceneter. The Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Coordinator Director provides leadership and oversight for all MAT program operations, working in close collaboration with the Facility/Health Services Administrator and Medical Director. This role is responsible for guiding a multidisciplinary team-including nursing staff, advanced practice providers, licensed substance use counselors, and discharge planning professionals-to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities The MAT Coordinator Director leads day-to-day program management, including staff development, training, scheduling, and clinical practice oversight. This position ensures all services meet contract requirements and adhere to established standards, including NCCHC, ACA, and recognized opioid treatment program guidelines. A key focus of this role is fostering a culture of excellence through the integration of evidence-based practices and continuous improvement. The MAT Coordinator plays a critical role in advancing treatment outcomes, supporting team performance, and ensuring the effective delivery of comprehensive, compassionate care to individuals in recovery. Qualifications
Holds a current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse within NV.
Physical Capabilities: Must have the ability to stand for long periods, lift and move patients (up to 50 pounds), bend, squat, reach, push, pull, walk significant distances, and perform physically demanding tasks like CPR, all while maintaining good balance and endurance throughout a shift.
