As a Security Officer Patrol Navigator in Lake Buena Vista, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support a welcoming atmosphere, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. You will interact with guests and staff, complete routine observations, and deliver service with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout guest areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe lobby, amenities, and other resort areas to help to deter unauthorized entry, policy violations, and/or disturbances.
• Support hotel and resort operations by assisting with directions, escort requests, and incident response while maintaining awareness of changing working environments and conditions across the property.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
