The Bilingual Associate, JHI Projects will communicate with non-English speaking patients to assure accurate communication, understanding and comprehension related to care coordination. This position may require some travel overseas, approximately 30% of the work year. Education: Bachelor's degree required (in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, International Affairs, and/or related field), Masters in the same fields preferred Required Licensure/Certification: Candidates must successfully pass the required JHM approved designated language assessment prior to job offer. (Arabic) PMP or Six Sigma preferred Work Experience: Minimum three (3) years of experience in business, consulting, education, public health, program development, or project management, preferably in an academic medical center or major corporate institution. International experience is a plus. Clinical, nursing, social work, case management, research administration, or other technical health sector experience beneficial. Salary Range: Minimum 31.53/hour - Maximum 52.06/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
