Description Position Summary Our client is looking to add an Epic Telehealth Analyst to their team. This position will support and expand their telehealth capabilities across ambulatory and inpatient settings. This role is more technical and integration-focused, requiring a blend of Epic knowledge, vendor integration, and hands-on technical support. Key Responsibilities Support telehealth workflows across ambulatory and inpatient environments Configure and maintain Epic telehealth tools, including Extended Video Client (EVC) Integrate and support third-party telehealth platforms such as: Doximity Teladoc Artisight (AI tool) Other vendor platforms Collaborate on AI and telehealth initiatives, including emerging tools and platforms Perform integration work, including upgrades, testing, and basic build Work hands-on with hardware, software, and clinical environments, especially in inpatient settings Support vendor relationships and ensure smooth workflow integration Experience with telehealth platforms or healthcare IT integrations Familiarity with Epic (EVC strongly preferred) Experience working with third-party vendors and integrations Strong technical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot across systems Willingness to be hands-on in clinical environments when needed Ability to support both build and integration efforts Preferred Qualifications Experience with inpatient telehealth solutions Exposure to AI-enabled clinical tools (e.g., Artisight) Experience in systems integration or engineering-focused roles Additional Notes Primarily remote with occasional onsite expectations Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills required Ability to work across Epic and third-party ecosystems Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Haven, CT. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
