Sr. Customer Care Specialist Are you a customer service pro who thrives in fastpaced, multichannel environments and loves solving problems while supporting others? We are looking for a Sr. Customer Care Specialist who brings confidence, leadership, and a passion for outstanding customer experiences.
How You'll Make a Difference * Deliver exceptional customer support across multiple channels while balancing customer satisfaction and company net revenue * Confidently handle first- and secondlevel escalations, demonstrating strong ownership with minimal need for escalation support * Act as a trusted resource for team members-providing guidance, answering questions, and supporting daily operations * Proactively share employee and customerfacing feedback with leadership and training teams, helping improve processes and practices * Partner with leadership to continually grow your knowledge and skills while supporting your own career development * Contribute to department projects and initiatives that drive team success * Take on additional duties as assigned What You Bring to the Team *You Are:* * Positive, collaborative, and committed to open communication across teams and departments * Skilled in effective telephone and chat customer service techniques * Calm and professional-even when interacting with frustrated or unhappy customers * Comfortable troubleshooting, solving problems, and making sound decisions in real time *You Have:* * 3+ years of related experience * Strong experience with Excel, Microsoft Office, and customer service platforms * Retail industry experience with a strong customer service foundation * The ability to consistently meet chat concurrency expectations * Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks * Proven success working under pressure in a fastpaced environment * Flexibility to work shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays to support business needs #centralpriority26 *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Portland, OR. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
