Description The Accreditation Program/ Policy specialist performs a variety of specialized duties in production, tracking, and documenting policy and procedures for the organization. Duties focus on assisting the directors, managers and supervisors in creating, documenting and archiving policies and procedures for both departmental and organization wide policies. Work at this level typically involves a variety of complex tasks requiring substantial knowledge of the department's work. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
