The Director of Nursing is a key member of the Fox Run Senior Leadership Team who will integrate and coordinate a patient centric nursing strategy with a keen focus on patient care; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements. The DON participates in the hospital's strategic planning and contributes to the achievement of institutional goals and objectives. The Director of Nursing will focus on 5 key areas: People, Service, Quality, Growth, and Finance.

Requirements:

• Nursing diploma from an accredited college or university required, Bachelor's degree required, Master's Degree preferred
• At least four years psychiatric nursing experience, which is the treatment and care of persons whose principal diagnosis and focus of treatment is a psychiatric disorder, the experience can include working as a staff nurse on a psychiatric inpatient unit or in an outpatient setting with individuals who have a primary psychiatric diagnosis.
• A minimum of (5) years of nursing supervisory/management experience
• Experience treating children and adolescents preferred.
• Current Ohio license or compact license valid in Ohio
