Description You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability. In this flex time role, you will be an integral part of a sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to implement clients' marketing plan by using your professional expertise, clinical training, and judgement. You will: Utilize marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience Plan and organize activities to ensure consistent coverage of the territory depending on each client's needs Engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient Provide educational and scientific support for decisions to physicians, practitioners, and nursing staff Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree Sales aptitude Track record of success with outside sales experience Must live within territory or within territory boundaries. Desired Requirements: 2-4 years' business-to-business (B2B) sales experience Pharmaceutical sales experience Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts, unless otherwise specified At Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
