Purpose of the Job We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Warehouse Management System (WMS) Specialist with hands-on experience in On-site WMS support to join our growing operations team. The ideal candidate will be able to provide hands-on support for warehouse/production operations, troubleshoot system issues, training employees, and drive continuous improvements. This position will be based in our Blue Ash, OH Warehouse 5 days per week. Normal work hours are M-F 7:00am-3:30pm M-F (some Saturdays if required). Key Responsibilities Deliver onsite support for the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including real-time system monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders, IT personnel, and operational teams to maintain optimal system functionality. Oversee the resolution of system incidents and ensure timely implementation of fixes in accordance with established SLAs. Assist with testing, configuration updates, and the rollout of new or enhanced WMS features. Provide training to end users and develop clear, user-friendly documentation for system processes and troubleshooting procedures. Identify opportunities for system improvements and drive initiatives to enhance operational workflows and efficiency. Remove obsolete data to ensure all current and future reporting remains accurate and up to date. Review performance metrics to pinpoint inefficiencies and confirm SLA compliance. Knowledge, Skills + Experience 3+ years of experience working on-site in a warehouse or production facility with WMS technology (Korber, SAP, Blue Yonder, etc.) or similar warehouse management systems. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics workflows. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, SQL, or BI platforms preferred). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and training skills for cross-functional collaboration. Experience with ERP integration is a plus.
