The Treatment Practice Leader is responsible for driving business development, cultivating client relationships, and advancing the firm's strategic growth in water and wastewater treatment. This role emphasizes technical leadership, project delivery excellence, and active client engagement, with a focus on the Dallas-Fort Worth market. The Regional Treatment Practice Leader will oversee projects, mentor staff, and identify and pursue new opportunities.

Responsibilities

    Develop opportunities in North Texas in major areas of water resources and water/wastewater treatment
  • Create and execute a business development plan for the region, aligned with the sector's strategic vision and operational plan
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, team partners, and industry leaders.
  • Identify opportunities and lead win plans with DFW design team
  • Represent Parkhill at council and commission meetings, conferences, and seminars
  • Collaborate across Sectors and office locations to leverage Parkhill's collective experience and expertise


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas required; ability to obtain licensure in New Mexico and Oklahoma
  • 10 years of experience specializing in either water resources and/or water/wastewater treatment
  • Proven business development experience, including pursuing clients, preparing proposals, and managing relationships
  • Experience working with state, regional, and local public agencies-including municipalities, water districts, river authorities, counties, and other state entities-as well as state and federal funding agencies
  • Possesses expertise in civil engineering principles, regulatory compliance, and best practices in water and wastewater treatment
