Project Manager - PEO, Benefits & EDI Integrations Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute complex initiatives across PEO operations, employee benefits administration, and EDI integrations. This role will drive cross-functional projects involving Benefits, Underwriting, Payroll, IT, and external carriers/vendors, with a focus on system implementations, data integrations, and process optimization. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in PEO operations, benefits administration, and EDI file setup/management, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strict timelines (e.g., renewals, open enrollment). Why This Role Matters This role is critical to scaling operations, improving data integrity, and enabling seamless client and employee experiences across benefits and payroll systems. Success in this position directly impacts client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. Salary and Other Compensation: The starting hourly rate for this position is between 100-130K. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography, skills, education, experience, certifications, and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for annual incentive pay equal to 10% of annual regular pay, prorated in the first year, in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Paid Time Off: Accrued sick leave of 1 hour for every 40 hours of work, with maximum based on state or regional requirements; vacation accrues up to 80 hours in the first year, up to 120 hours in years 2-4, and up to 160 hours in the fifth year; 6 paid holidays annually, 4 paid volunteer days annually.
