ISO Press Technician



At Penn United Technologies, Inc. we are hiring for a full-time ISO Press Technician to work at our Carbide facility. We are looking for individuals who desire to work in a team atmosphere where they will have the opportunity to advance in a career within our employee-owned company. Responsibilities:




  • Prioritize, plan and prepare work
  • Sort jobs by due dates and complexity of tasks
  • Pull designated carbide powders
  • Fill press bags
  • Load and unload press
  • Separate powder and billets by grade
  • Prepare, maintain and operate ISO Press machine, operate crane
  • Perform general clean-up of work area

Qualifications

Qualifications:




  • Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong math and mechanical abilities
  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and follow directions
  • Able to work independently and cooperatively with teams
  • High degree of accuracy and commitment to quality
  • Must be able to work rotating daylight/afternoon/ and midnight shifts, if needed
  • Able to lift 65+ lbs.
