IT Senior Project Manager - Join Our Team

Compensation: Pay up to $67/hr | Must be a U.S. citizen

We are seeking an experienced IT Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects from initiation to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, exceptional communication, and a proven ability to deliver large-scale projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects simultaneously.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.
  • Mentor and guide project team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of project management experience, including 3+ years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Proven success managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, JIRA, SmartSheet, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred. Experience in IT projects for manufacturing is a plus.
