Plans, prioritizes and executes key initiatives and activities required of position level to effectively achieve business objectives. Understands enterprise and business priorities as well as needed continuous value stream improvements to help drive decision making. Provides domain knowledge and expertise to IT Product Team(s) to drive business outcomes. Understands and communicates impacts to all changes, and ensures stakeholders are informed, aligned and ready to meet objectives. Performs other duties as assigned.

Key Accountabilities



  • Lead enterprise-wide business readiness and outcome realization initiatives for complex, high-impact programs and transformations
  • Partner with executive leaders and crossfunctional stakeholders to define success metrics, business outcomes, and readiness plans
  • Drive alignment between strategy, operating models, people, processes, and technology to ensure successful adoption and value delivery
  • Assess organizational readiness risks and implement mitigation strategies across multiple business units
  • Provide strategic guidance on change, communications, training, and adoption approaches for large-scale initiatives
  • Influence decision-making by translating business needs into actionable readiness and execution plans
  • Establish and monitor outcome measurement frameworks to track benefits realization and continuous improvement
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on transformation readiness, sequencing, and sustainability



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in business transformation, change management, readiness, or enterprise program delivery
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, multiworkstream initiatives with executive visibility
  • Formal training or certification in change management or transformation methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, Agile, SAFe) preferred
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes and adoption in large organizations
  • Experience working in matrixed, highly collaborative environments
  • Healthcare, financial services, or regulated-industry experience preferred (if applicable)

This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite, on average, 3 days per week. We are open to candidates located near one of the following office locations: Minnetonka, MN, Madison, WI, Omaha, NE, and St. Louis, MO.

The full salary grade for this position is $100,300 - $172,000. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $100,300 - $150,465. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to compensation, Medica offers a generous total rewards package that includes competitive medical, dental, vision, PTO, Holidays, paid volunteer time off, 401K contributions, caregiver services and many other benefits to support our employees.
