Title of Position: Service and Sales Representative

Position Overview: As a Service and Sales Representative, you are a trusted, frontline partner to our members. You support a variety of account and service needs, assist with account opening, and engage in consultative conversations to connect members with appropriate products and services.

This role is based in Cicero and may include occasional, planned coverage at nearby branches. Floating is local, scheduled, and designed to support branch stability-not daily travel.

Schedule & Location

• FullTime, 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, rotating Saturday mornings
• Onsite at the Cicero branch, with local branch support as needed

Compensation Range: $23.00/hr. - $30.00/hr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for member account needs and questions
• Assist with opening consumer, business, and IRA accounts
• Process tellerstyle transactions and rotate through branch duties
• Intake and follow up on consumer loan applications
• Recommend products and services aligned with member needs
• Act on notary and Signature Guarantee requests once trained

    • Associate degree required with 1-3 years of experience or equivalent
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
