Job Title: Sr Associate Description The ideal candidate will hold a Master or higher degree in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or Engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate should have hands-on experience with chromatographic techniques such as Reversed-Phase Liquid Chromatography (RPLC). Proficiency with the Waters Empower Chromatography Data System (CDS) for data acquisition, processing, and management is required. Experience in working with oligonucleotides and synthetic small molecules is highly desirable. This individual will support chemists by analyzing samples using various chromatographic techniques, optimizing analytical methods for accuracy and repeatability, and troubleshooting instrumentation as needed. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, be adept at overcoming complex analytical challenges, and take a proactive approach to supporting and improving laboratory operations.
