OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANYFox Corporation Under the FOX banner, we produce and distribute content through some of the world's leading and most valued brands, including: FOX News Media, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX Television Stations and Tubi Media Group. We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking. JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to join our Emerging Technology organization, supporting AI Solution Engineering and AI R&D teams. This is a newly created role with the opportunity to define, build, and scale the product operations function from the ground up.

You will own the end-to-end operational lifecycle for a portfolio of AI-driven products-from early-stage sandbox environments through MVP, production launch, and ongoing support. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations, ensuring that innovative AI applications are effectively operationalized, maintained, and scaled.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and brings a strong mix of operational rigor, technical fluency, and strategic thinking. This is a hands-on role requiring direct involvement in building, deploying, and supporting systems - not just managing others. You will actively contribute to implementation efforts, including working with engineering teams on infrastructure, deployment workflows, and operational tooling. You will play a key role in shaping processes, establishing best practices, and building a small but highly effective team to support multiple productionized applications.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and scale the Product Operations function, establishing processes and frameworks to support AI-driven products

  • Own end-to-end operations including release management, launch readiness, DevOps coordination, and ongoing support

  • Partner with AI Solution Engineering and AI R&D teams to operationalize products from sandbox through production

  • Establish and manage support models, including on-call, maintenance, and incident response across multiple applications

  • Drive agile execution (sprint planning, backlog management, milestone tracking) and ensure alignment across stakeholders for the operations team

  • Lead a small team while communicating progress, risks, and priorities to executive leadership

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in product operations, program management, or technical project management in a technology environment

  • Hands-on experience with software development practices, tools and infrastructure as code, including deploying and managing applications in cloud environments

  • Experience supporting applications from MVP through full production release, including operationalization and support

  • Familiarity with AI/ML product lifecycles and deploying AI-driven applications

  • Strong experience with agile methodologies, Jira, version control systems, and modern engineering environments

  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and/or GCP

  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and build scalable processes from the ground up

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Experience building or scaling a product operations or program management function

  • Background spanning both product and project management with a hands-on approach

  • Experience in media, streaming, or digital content delivery
