We help organizations develop business strategy andexecute ontransformation initiatives in the areas of operational accounting, financial process improvement, financial technology enablement, FP&A, and transactions.

Your Impact

Work within our Financial Services practice delivering strategic finance transformation advice and execution support to senior andCsuiteexecutives. You will help clients realize value from major investments in finance modernization, core banking transformation, ERP implementations, and AIenabled capabilities.

You will serve as a trusted advisor and delivery leader, translating business strategy into executable transformation roadmaps while managing complex programs, leading teams, and driving measurable outcomes.

Your Responsibilities



  • Lead mediumto largescale bank finance transformation engagements, including core process redesign, subledger redesign, ERP implementations, and core banking system modernization


  • Develop finance transformation strategies aligned to businessobjectives, regulatory requirements, and technology roadmaps


  • Redesign finance operating models across key functions such as FP&A, Treasury, andRecordtoReport


  • Lead transformation PMO functions, including governance design, integrated planning, dependency management, risk and issue management, and executive reporting


  • Advise clients on the business and technology implications of modern core banking systems supporting loans, investments, and deposits


  • Bridge business and technology teams by translating finance requirements into functional and technical designs


  • Support finance integration initiatives following M&A, including data lineage, redesign of finance processes, andtargetstatesystem architecture


  • Assess and define the role of AI in finance transformation, including identification of practical AI use cases and development ofAIenabledfinance strategies


  • Facilitate client working sessions ranging from executive andboardlevel discussions to detailed design and requirements workshops


  • Leadcurrentstateassessments and develop actionable transformation roadmaps and business cases


  • Manage and coach project teams delivering complex,multiworkstreamengagements


  • Actively develop junior team members through coaching, feedback, and mentorship


  • Play a lead role in business development efforts, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and oral presentations


  • Build andmaintainstrong,trustbasedclient relationships at all organizational levels
  • Contribute perspectives on market trends including finance technology modernization, AI adoption, regulatory change, and digital transformation


Your Experience

Minimum Qualifications



  • BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline


  • 8+ years of applicable experience in Finance, Banking, Technology, or Consulting, with at least 2 years of recentclientfacingexperience in a professional services organization


  • Proven experience implementing mediumto largescale finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations, subledger redesign, and core process transformation


  • Experience redesigning finance operating models across FP&A, Treasury, and/orRecordtoReport


  • Strong understanding of core banking systems supporting loans, investments, and deposits


  • Demonstrated ability to integrate business process knowledge with technology design and delivery


  • Experience standing up and running transformation PMO functions for complex, multiyear programs


  • Experience developing finance transformation strategies and multiphase roadmaps


  • Understanding of the current AI landscape, includingviableAI use cases within finance and experience supporting AI strategy development


  • Experience supporting finance integration efforts following M&A, including data lineage, process redesign, and system architecture alignment


  • Prior experience working directly with and advisingCLevelexecutives, includingfacilitatingexecutive workshops and presenting complex concepts


  • Experience leading and developing project teams across multiple engagements


  • Highly effective interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence


  • Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time


Preferred Qualifications



  • Master of Business Administration (may substitute for abusinessrelatedundergraduate degree)


  • Progressive responsibility in managing senior client relationships and achieving business development goals


  • Experience with large ERP and core banking platforms and modern data architectures


Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Highspring believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure to be between the range below. The individual may also be eligible for a variety of bonus and financial incentives based on individual and company performance.
