The Role:
Entegris in Bedford MA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the weekend shift, Friday-Monday, 10am to 8pm (15% shift differential). This position will report directly to the Equipment Maintenance Supervisor. Candidate will be responsible for daily production equipment maintenance both planned and unplanned activities based on priorities assigned by the supervisor. Candidate must be willing to do overtime or support on call when needed.

What You'll Do:
Follow all safety best practices and always wear required PPE while on the production floor.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with Entegris 6S standards.
Fully comply with all Life Saving Rules, including proper use of LOTO and appropriate arcflash PPE.
Work from drawings, diagrams, schematics, technical manuals, and written or verbal instructions to perform troubleshooting and repairs.
Perform work within a cleanroom environment as required.
Disassemble, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and vacuum systems.
Maintain uptodate manuals for preventive maintenance and replacement parts.
Safely handle and work around process chemicals and gases.
Maintain accurate files, records, and documentation to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Be available to work irregular hours or return to the site in the event of unexpected equipment breakdowns or urgent projects.
Promote and uphold safe and healthy working conditions across the department.
Collaborate closely with process and equipment engineers to resolve chronic equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure full compliance with departmental safety procedures and company standards.
Keep the work area clean, safe, and compliant at all times.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Communicate progress and status updates to your team and supervisor at the end of each shift.
Accurately log labor hours and work performed in SAP after every job.
Ensure the highest level of product quality and adhere to Entegris' Quality System, ISO requirements, and any other applicable standards.
Must lift tools upto 40 lbs using safe lifting practices and follow ladder safety procedures while working on tools.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

AAS Degree in Electronics/Electromechanics, Certificate / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Control and Automation Engineering
Experiencein equipment maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, electromechanical, and PLCs.
High vacuum experience, including mechanical vacuum pumps, cryo pumps, diffusion pumps, and turbo pumps
Experience with RF electricity including tuning and matching networks
Able to adapt to the changing needs of a high paced manufacturing environment
Knowledgeable with computer controls and systems including support equipment.
Proficient in the use of most types of hand tools and meters
Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively
Able to diagnose and make correction for equipment faults and programming error effectively.
Good organizational and follow-up skills, as well as sharp attention to detail
Knowledge of SAP a plus

• Compensation: $61,000 - $75,000 per year with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role + 15% shift differential
