Come join a dynamic multidisciplinary transplant team dedicated to transforming lives through living donor kidney and liver transplantation. In this unique role, the Living Donor Transplant Patient Navigator partners with patients and families to provide clear, compassionate education on the benefits of living donation and what to expect along the journey. This role is key in increasing awareness and helping to expand access to life-saving opportunities. From first conversation to transplant, you will help guide and support patients as they navigate the pathway to new life through living donor transplantation. Individual contributors with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Spends majority of time leading the design, implementation or delivery of processes, programs and policies using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education (typically University). Established and productive individual contributor. Works independently with general to limited supervision. Problems faced are difficult and may be complex. May influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures. May have project management responsibilities on small, less-complex projects. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's degree required. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Experience: 3 years relevant experience. Licensure: None PHYSICAL DEMANDS This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. Depending on department, this job may occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. The starting base rate for this role is $22.84 hourly.
