At Jamar, you'll work directly with commercial and industrial clients to protect the places where businesses operate every day. From rooftop inspections to longterm maintenance planning, you'll bring expertise, foresight, and solutions that help facilities perform at their best.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with colleagues across Jamar and our affiliated companies to develop, nurture, and grow longterm client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary contact for commercial and industrial roofing clients, meeting regularly to understand facility and roof system needs.
  • Partner with clients on longterm roofing maintenance plans and scheduled service work.
  • Conduct thorough roof inspections and prepare detailed reports with recommendations designed to support longterm roof performance.
  • Estimate, propose, and secure service, repair, and preventativemaintenance contracts.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance programs, service agreements, inspections, and repair requests throughout their full lifecycle.
  • Implement retention efforts to protect and expand the client base.
  • Take ownership of identifying and resolving customers' roofing concerns.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal field and management teams to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
  • Identify manpower needs and assist in sourcing the union labor required to complete the current workload.
  • Monitor account performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Review roofing market trends and competitor activity to guide account decisions.
  • Stay current on roofing technologies, materials, codes, and industry practices.
  • Leverage Jamar's digital platforms to manage client relationships and document communications.
  • Complete additional tasks as needed to support department success.


Required Education & Experience:



  • Five years or more of experience in the roofing field industry, ideally in commercial or industrial settings, with extensive knowledge of EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and coatings, is required.
  • Two years or more of experience in project management or estimating commercial roofs is required.
  • Must demonstrate strong experience in customer engagement, including understanding client needs, maintaining relationships, and providing wellinformed solutions.
  • Skilled at identifying client needs and translating them into clear, actionable, and resultsdriven solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other essential business software.


Other Details:



  • This role will support the Windsor, CO territory and surrounding areas.
  • This role includes regular local and regional site visits, giving you a blend of field time and client interaction that keeps each day varied and engaging.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license and remain in good standing in accordance with company driving policy.

Compensation & Benefits:



  • The expected annual compensation range for this position is $62,000-$92,500. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, experience, and market conditions.
